DashTape reports Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin stated on the X platform that recent discussions surrounding transaction and state models such as EIP-8141, UTXO, Keyed Nonces, and recursive STARK Mempool have enabled Ethereum to more clearly distinguish between "Actions" and "Dependencies" within transactions, optimizing each separately. In fact, by transaction volume, over 90% of Ethereum activity does not actually require this level of dynamism. In the future, contracts, accounts, and transactions could more explicitly declare which parts require dynamic execution and which can be statically analyzed, offering lower Gas costs and higher scalability for the latter. Vitalik stated that if EIP-8141 is well implemented, it would not only serve as a comprehensive culmination of Ethereum's account abstraction efforts over the past decade but also lay the groundwork for Hyper-scaling that balances decentralization in the coming years.
