At that point, the remaining locked tokens will only account for approximately 7.7% of ARB's total supply. Steven Goldfeder added that the remaining large amount of ARB is actually held in the Arbitrum DAO treasury, which currently holds approximately 2.84 billion ARB. These tokens are not locked in the traditional sense, but their circulation is entirely determined by votes from ARB holders. The DAO can only access these assets through governance votes by other token holders.
