It is currently prioritizing coordination to restore ONE deposits, withdrawals, and trading as soon as possible, with specific restoration timelines to be announced separately by each exchange. After Harmony matched 295 cross-exchange transfers totaling approximately 3.493 billion ONE and adjusted for circular transfers and return flows, the relevant provisional shortfall decreased from approximately 10.234 billion ONE to 6.581 billion ONE, a reduction of approximately 3.653 billion ONE. This change reflects an adjustment in reconciliation methodology and does not equate to newly recovered funds. Among these, Binance's data remains a provisional upper-bound estimate, while some data from Gate and OKX is still pending final verification.

During the previous cycle, as BTC rose from $16,000 to $74,000, a large number of altcoins recorded gains of 300%–500%. However, as BTC continued to strengthen thereafter and its market dominance increased, many altcoins began to face downward pressure. Killa believes that if BTC has already formed its bottom this cycle, some altcoins may have also established cyclical lows, prompting a recent resumption of selective altcoin positioning. His SOL position, bought at $76, is currently up approximately 50%. The ASTER long position shared recently has a target of at least 50% to 100% upside.
