DashTape reports Loracle posted on X platform calling on Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev, hoping he would coordinate market makers to add liquidity for the PONS/USDG market on Lighter. Previously, Loracle had built a related trading Vault based on Lighter, executing trades through an off-chain Keeper. Loracle stated that since the market quickly approached its set safety OI limit, the Vault will gradually build positions in the future. According to Hyperbot data, Loracle currently still holds approximately 27.75 million PONS short positions at 3x leverage, with a position value of approximately $21.77 million, and floating losses exceeding $3.3 million.

DashTape reports according to Onchain Lens monitoring, over the past 4 hours, Galaxy Digital (0x1e4...58C7d) transferred 95,270 HYPE to Bybit and OKX, worth approximately $8.11 million. Among them, 36,420 HYPE was transferred to Bybit, worth approximately $3.1 million; 58,850 HYPE was transferred to OKX, worth approximately $5.01 million.

The company has currently received offers of around $200 million, down from a peak valuation of over $2 billion. Amar Kuchinad joined Copper as CEO in October 2024, following the departure of Copper founder and former CEO Dmitry Tokarev. Kuchinad previously worked at Goldman Sachs and served as an advisor to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Copper recently added two new executives, with Elin Cherry as Chief Compliance Officer and Sean Bowen as Chief Operating Officer.

DashTape reports – DBS and Citi's New York office completed a USD cross-border payment between Singapore and the United States on September 5, using tokenized deposits on the Swift digital ledger. The transaction was executed over the weekend and took only minutes, while traditional cross-border payments typically take up to two business days. This marks the second time the Swift digital ledger has been confirmed for real-time application, following HSBC and Standard Chartered's completion of the first real-time tokenized deposit cross-border transaction in August. Swift announced on July 9 that the ledger was available for initial use, with 17 banks preparing to participate in the pilot program. DBS is the only Asia-headquartered bank among the 12 core design group members. DBS Group Chief Operating Officer Rachel Chew stated that the Swift digital ledger is bridging traditional banking infrastructure with emerging digital networks. Mridula Iyer, Citi's Head of Services for South Asia, noted that the weekend real-time transaction demonstrates that 24/7 cross-border payments have become a reality. DBS launched DBS Token Services in 2024, offering 24/7 programmable instant value transfer services.

If approved, the bank will provide bitcoin and stablecoin custody and related fiduciary services, with a focus on safeguarding client assets. It will not accept checks or savings deposits, nor will it offer loans. Lee Woolley, Block's head of digital asset strategy, will serve as the bank's president and CEO.

If approved, the moratorium would pause approvals for projects with electricity demand reaching or exceeding 300 kilowatts for a period of 12 months. As of Tuesday, Plattsburgh Mayor Wendell Hughes had not yet approved the moratorium. The City Council is scheduled to meet again on September 17 to continue deliberating on the proposal. Plattsburgh previously implemented an 18-month Bitcoin mining ban in 2018 due to resident concerns over electricity costs.
