Once the orders succeeded, the cross-chain asset operation on Chainflip was completed, converting the assets into BTC. Yu Xian cited an example, stating that in one related transaction, the hackers first created an order on CoW Protocol, and after the order was filled, the recipient address 0xcEAE932A8bEE3a81a681A59890cb26d3110FDb65 corresponded to the Chainflip Deposit Contract. Relevant Chainflip records show that the cross-chain assets were ultimately transferred to the BTC address bc1qa0rjjhyu9pg3adgpel4v7dct6a8606az863jyh. Yu Xian previously stated that Chainflip has been continuously blocking North Korean hackers from laundering coins, but the laundering gang uses automated scripts to split funds extensively and, upon encountering risk controls or blocks, immediately attempts other cross-chain paths, ultimately converting the funds into BTC and then continuing to obfuscate them through CoinJoin. He described this process as an "ever-evolving coin laundering project."
